Construction and inspection drone photography
Repeatable progress flights for job sites, and close inspection photos of roofs and buildings without a ladder or a lift.
Construction progress
We fly the site from the same points, heights and headings on every visit, so this month's photos line up with last month's. That makes progress easy to see for owners, lenders and anyone who can't be on site.
- Overview stills of the whole site from fixed positions
- Closer stills of the areas you flag that visit
- A short overview video on request
- Files organized in one dated folder per visit
Weekly, biweekly or monthly schedules all work. Tell us the start date and how long the build runs.
Roof and property inspection
Close, high-resolution photos of roofs, gutters, chimneys, flashing and siding, taken without a ladder, a lift or anyone walking a steep roof.
- Roofers quoting a replacement or documenting finished work
- Insurance adjusters and homeowners documenting hail and wind damage
- Property managers checking several buildings in one trip
The photos document condition. They are not an engineering or insurance assessment.
Before the flight
Much of Billings sits inside the Class C airspace around Billings Logan International Airport. Where a flight needs FAA authorization, we request it before the shoot, so give us a few days' notice when you can.
On active job sites we coordinate with the superintendent so we stay clear of cranes, crews and equipment.
