Why aerials sell listings
Ground photos show rooms. Aerials answer the questions buyers ask next: how big the lot is, what's behind the fence, how close the neighbors are, and how long the walk is to the park. For acreage, commercial lots and new construction, they are often the most useful photos in the listing.
Working with your photographer
Already have a listing photographer who doesn't fly? We can shoot the aerials on the same visit and deliver them to you or to them.
Before the shoot
Much of Billings sits inside the Class C airspace around Billings Logan International Airport. Where a flight needs FAA authorization, we request it before the shoot, so give us a few days' notice when you can.
Clear vehicles from the driveway and street frontage if you can, and let the sellers know a drone will be overhead.
